Description

Complete Wear Foundation is a long-wear, waterproof, and weightless foundation that leaves a natural-looking skin tone with a matte finish. This buildable medium-to-full coverage foundation minimizes the appearance of pores and blurs out blemishes, spots, breakouts, and other small imperfections. 

How to use: 
Pump a couple of drops onto your favorite foundation applicator and blend all over your face. Feel free to add a couple more layers until the desired coverage is accomplished.
